Ugh. Woke up this morning going "Ugh, Migraine?" To which the answer seems to be "Yes". Have emailed sick into work, have emailed cleaning service going "Can we reschedule?" and intend to go back to bed shortly.

I wish I could figure out exactly what weather changes is setting it off - it seems to be the cold-front-about-to-lift combo, but that's not easy to predict in advance around here.

My mood is effected by the weather, but the exact way it's effected varies a lot, which is really friggin irritating - very different medical problem, I know, but anecdotal evidence that symptoms may change inconsistently in response to weather.

For the migraines, it does seem like a very specific pattern - the time before the thunderstorm hits, where energy's pooling in the air. Life got better yesterday after the storm finally broke, however briefly. It's just a hard one to predict, because it's not ever "Oh, we're going to have rain" that does it.

*ugh* Of all the horrid physical things that happen to people which I have personally experienced, migraines are my least favorite. My sympathies.

Mine are still, thankfully, more about the neurological weirdness rather than the pain, but yes, ugh. Nausea and coordination issues this morning, ad then I got hit with the 'very cold + very lethargic' and slept for .. erm, 6.5 hours.
