It appears to be flowing and not coming through the wall in any way I can discern, but yeah. Not a sound you expect on an interior wall.
I had a similar problem once. This is how we discovered there was a water leak in the upstairs apartment which was pooling in the downstairs apartment. Definitely better to mention it.
