Glad to be helpful! I meant to put it in the article, but if anyone reading this wants lots of other good places to start further reading, I like Kate Harding's essay at http://kateharding.net/but-dont-you-realize-fat-is-unhealthy/

(I like the entire blog, too, but that page is a great summary and refutation of all the standard arguments.)
