The horse-energy-as-male thing, for me, probably came from the gelding I showed (4-H and county fair type stuff) for about 4-5 years. He still had some attitude left in him, we suited each other, and when I think of Horse I think of him. There's a kind of laid-back assertiveness and a particularly male wilyness to Horse energy ... either that or I'm only connecting to this one particular horse, I dunno.
Sabbat names: I like those! Blue Star informally uses Harvest Home, too. (Blue Star also has some traditionally Welsh bits, so is not too fussed about the Celtic names.)
