I just bought a mini steamer for when I want less wrinkled handkerchiefs and my arms can't deal with ironing. I put the steamer on the table and move the hanky around in front of it until the wrinkles are as gone as they're going to get. Works like a charm.
Also, my LG all-in-one runs-on-wall-current no-dryer-vent washer/dryer unit is amazing and makes my life so, so much better.
