let us be calm and wise

When I first started spinning in public I kept dropping my spindle because everyone stared at me. I mean, the small children would do it blatantly. The adults would kind of glance at me over their devices. And parents would point and try to tell their children what the heck I was doing.

Now I am (becoming) more used to it, I have stopped thinking, "OMG THEY MUST ALL THINK I'M DOING IT WRONG."

ETA: Also, the Alternity blanket is sooooo pretty! ZOMG.
