Yay! I'd seen you mention that. I'm glad it's working for you.
On the rosemary: my own take is that I'm okay with a cup of a tea of it semi-regularly (which'd be a teaspoon or so of herb per cup of water) but I try to keep it to a cup or less a day. (And realistically, I don't remember to do it often.)
Adding some to either the nettle or oatstraw might work really well too - a tablespoon or two in with four cups of water would be a good balance.
And yay, stock! That's my project for the weekend, along with lots of caramelised onions.
