I'm glad you have it (mostly) figured out. Oddly enough, I was tested for thyroid issues this summer with negative results, but was very anemic, which I still think is odd. I still have most of the same symptoms I had then, most of the ones you mentioned though no where near as extreme (you have my deepest sympathies for what you've been going through), and still have no idea what is going on. I can't afford doctor's visits right now and lucky for me I can get along alright for now. But there are some days when I have to lie on the floor of my office until I have energy again.
