Thank you for posting this! I'm making it for circle tonight. It's on its first rise now, and I'm optimistic for its success. This time I actually followed the proofing step. It already looks better! ;)

I am pleased at the smell (at least) of the orange + cardamom combination; I've never used cardamom before but I think I'll find lots of uses for it. Yum yum yum.
