My only experience with that guy at con involved him being a Condescending A-hole (and I assumed because I was young and female) but I didn't get creeped on or harassed...and now I see it's probably because I wasn't any sort of writer and didn't look sufficiently impressed with him. Definitely a case of someone using power over. Ugh.
